Relaunching in May!
Our move to NZ has been productive. It’s taken a good year or so though to familiarise with the food regs here, get approvals through MPI, and find a suitable kitchen.
We’ll soon be moving into the Poverty Bay Bowls Club’s commercial kitchen for a trial run. The bowls crowd have been fantastic. Very welcoming and encouraging, patiently listening to our explanations of what exactly a non-dairy cheese is, and wishing us well.
So all our cheesemaking will be in the shade of the green and within earshot of the gentle click of the Jack.
