Launching soon

We've been busy over the last few years, experimenting with nutcheese, with different ingredients, styles and flavours.

This year I've been moving ever closer to launching the product, sourcing the best Australian ingredients where possible, organising microbiological testing, pH testing, sourcing jars and labels.

Treetop Foods macadamia nutcheese is a fermented product, similar to sourdough bread in that it is fermented and cooked. The fermenting adds a depth of flavour as the good microbes do their work.

We'll be there in the next few months, ready to launch at central Victorian farmers' markets.
