Use flat breads, or your bread of choice. Sourdough goes beautifully with our cheeses.
Spread bread with the savoury cheese of your choice, finely chop spinach or silverbeet and add to the sandwich. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
Pan fry with a small amount of oil, or slip into a sandwich toaster till golden brown. Eat with your favourite preserve or chutney.
