CHEESE MELT MUSHROOMS

Foolproof recipe! 
Scrub your mushrooms under running water and then shake them dry. Arrange on a baking tray and bake at 180C for 10-15 minutes. 
Pull them out, add a dollop of Treetop cheese of your choice, and put them back in the oven for a further 5 minutes. 
Eat with a salad or as a side dish with your main.
